Soldering Repair Technician•2nd
Shift Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 2:30 PM•11:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Repair Technician to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will perform precision soldering and rework on Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) , including manual solder touch-up, component replacement, and repair. The ideal candidate has hands-on soldering experience, a solid understanding of electronic assemblies, and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Perform manual soldering, rework, and repair on PCBA components Conduct solder touch-ups to meet quality and IPC standards Replace and rework electronic components as needed Inspect assemblies for defects and ensure high-quality workmanship Follow work instructions, schematics, and technical documentation Maintain a clean and organized workstation Adhere to all safety and quality procedures Required Qualifications Previous experience with manual soldering and electronics repair Familiarity with Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) Ability to work with small, detailed components Knowledge of IPC standards (preferred) Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Ability to work independently and as part of a team
