Service Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farm equipment. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The Service Technician will also be responsible for providing exceptional service while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair various equipment issues; mechanical, electrical, hydraulic. Perform preventative maintenance activities; assist with developing programs for customers. Assemble and commission equipment for demos and sales Complete onsite service when necessary Install barn equipment onsite Learn industry leading skills through online course study and off-site training Work effectively with team members Uphold a sense of urgency, professionalism, and ownership with work Ability to adjust to support changing customer requests

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license Understand mechanical equipment, hydraulics, electricity, and other system functions Possess good judgement, drive, a focus on quality and demonstrate dependability Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, bend/crouch regularly, be on feet for long periods of time, work outside in most weather conditions

$17.00 - $24.00 per hour
