Job Description

Boiler Service Technician Des Moines, IA | $30-$45/hr Full Benefits Package | Company Phone | Career Growth We are seeking a Boiler Service Technician to support commercial and industrial customers throughout the Des Moines area. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and servicing boiler, burner, HVAC, and related mechanical systems in the field. Whether you're an experienced boiler technician or an HVAC professional looking to expand your skills, this position offers hands-on training, advancement opportunities, and exposure to a wide variety of equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial boiler systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair boilers, burners, HVAC equipment, and mechanical systems
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in the field
  • Test, inspect, and commission equipment following repairs and installations
  • Complete service documentation and communicate with customers
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards
  • Participate in overtime and rotating on-call schedules as needed
Qualifications:
  • Experience servicing boilers, burners, HVAC, mechanical, or industrial equipment
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • EPA Universal Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Journeyman license preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in industrial environments Interested?
