Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures. Troubleshoot technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Keep work area clean and organized to ensure safety. Qualifications Proven experience with garage door installation or repair is preferred. Must be able to lift heavy objects. Strong mechanical skills and technical aptitude.
