Service Technician/Installer

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician/Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment and vehicles. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Load and unload equipment and materials safely and efficiently. Able to perform basic appliance installation and service. Drive commercial vehicles, including vans, to transport goods to various locations. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Perform route driving responsibilities, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations. Assist with heavy lifting of equipment or materials (50+ lbs) as required. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and inventory levels. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Experience Previous experience in appliance repair or the understanding of appliance logistics is preferred. Willing to train, must possess the desire to learn and grow. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is a plus. Drug test and background check will be required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading/unloading materials. Motivated and self-sufficient.
