Service Technician (1007) - Union Desired but Open to Non-Union

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service while fixing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems at multiple locations. Prepare service tickets daily.

Qualifications, Competencies, & Abilities:

3+ years working independently fixing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems. Extensive knowledge of HVAC and piping while traveling to multiple commercial client sites. Possession of a clean driving record (as this position requires the use of a company vehicle). Journeyman-level training from the union. Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and customer service skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work with little or no supervision and great attention to detail. Strong logic and reasoning skills to assess strengths, weaknesses, conclusions, and alternative solutions to problems. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. The ability to work with multiple business units across the organization (including executives).
