We ' ll train the right person — we care about who you are, not what ' s on your résumé. Shack Shine is a home detailing company serving residential customers across the western suburbs. We wash windows, clean gutters, pressure wash, and install custom Christmas lights. What Your Day Looks Like Show up at 7:15 AM. Load the truck with your crew. Hit 3-5 homes. Some days you ' re on a ladder washing windows, other days you ' re on a roof cleaning gutters or running a pressure washer. You interact with homeowners, manage equipment, and take ownership of the job from start to finish. No two days are identical. What You ' ll Earn Base starts at $20/hr. With weekly bonuses, commissions, and tips, technicians typically earn $1,000+/week during our busy months. Hours are heaviest spring through fall (40-45 hour weeks). February, part of March, and August are slower (20-30 hour weeks). This is year-round work — we don ' t do layoffs. -Full time employees earn over $60K annually with bonus and tips- Additional benefits: 401(k) with company match, PTO, company vehicle during work hours, uniforms and all equipment provided.
