At a lot of shops, that's the problem — you're fast, but you're sitting. PKW Motorwerks isn't that shop. We're a production-driven European service center — Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, VW — with strong car count, high ARO, and a workflow built to keep your bays full. If you can turn 50+ hours, we'll give you the volume and the jobs to do it. What you'll do: Diagnose and repair European vehicles accurately and efficiently Knock out work orders with a focus on flag-hour production Use proper diagnostic tools to cut downtime and bill clean Work with advisors who actually sell the job and keep things moving What we're looking for: A proven track record of consistent flat-rate production European experience preferred Strong diagnostic and repair skills Low comebacks, high-quality work The pay and the setup: $23•55+ per flag hour, uncapped — $100K•150K+ is on the table 401(k) with company match Health, dental, vision Paid time off and employee discounts A clean, organized shop where downtime isn't eating your check Ready to turn hours and get paid for them?
