In 2014, we introduced the industry's first widely-produced, industrial-grade, all-electric press. Today, Anatol Equipment Manufacturing remains one of the world's leading screen printing equipment manufacturers with our machines in over 70 countries. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical and/or electrical aptitude, as well as the ability to travel domestically. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Assemble, install, and test industrial equipment including pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic components both in-house and onsite customers' locations Clearly communicate concepts and explain equipment features and functions when training customers to use the machines. Travel to customers' locations to install products, usually including overnight travel - flexibility regarding travel is essential, as schedules can change at a short notice. Provide a high level of courteous and professional customer service. Perform assigned equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs as needed. Communicate with management, sales department, and service department on status of installations. Fill out proper paperwork to meet company requirements Qualifications 1-3+ years of previous service technician work preferred, screen printing experience is a plus Strong technical aptitude of mechanical and electrical systems Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to quickly adapt and learn all of Anatol's new and existing machines - extensive job training will be provided upon hire Must be able to read and understand technical documents and procedures Ability to work independently and autonomously in a fast-moving environment Position will require a minimum of 50% travel nationally - valid driver's license is required. Company will cover all travel expenses Ability to lift at least 50lbs This position will be est. 50% travel nationally (ability to travel internationally also is preferred) as needed and 50% on-site Monday-Friday 7am-4pm located at our Headquarters in Waukegan, Illinois. Compensation Hourly rate between $21-$24 / hour based on experience
