This position is responsible for performing roof and exterior repairs, addressing service calls, and ensuring high quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with residential and/or commercial roof systems and takes pride in solving problems quickly and effectively. Our reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service sets us apart in a competitive industry. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnoses and perform repairs on roofing systems (shingles, metal, flat, etc.)
- Respond to service and warranty calls in a timely, professional manner
- Conduct minor exterior repairs, including siding, gutters, and flashing
- Provide roof inspections and document findings with photos and notes
- Deliver materials to and from jobs as needed
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in warehouse
- Return job materials as needed and dispose of job materials as needed
- Maintain communication with the office and project managers about job progress and needs
- Ensure all work is completed by code and company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, vehicle, and tools
- Uphold safety procedures and regulations on every job site
- Interact professionally with customers and represent the company positively Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in roofing, general construction, or exterior repairs (preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of common roof systems and materials
- Ability to troubleshoot leaks and problem areas effectively
- Comfortable working on roofs and using ladders, harnesses, and hand tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pull company trailer as needed
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to participate in marketing initiatives as needed
- Available M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Physical/Travel Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work at heights
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Position requires travel from office to various locations within our service area Benefits
