What You'll Do:

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on top-quality heavy equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems Keep equipment, tools, and work areas in excellent condition Travel to customer sites to provide on-the-spot service and support Follow safety standards while delivering high-quality workmanship Accurately complete work orders, time logs, and service reports

What We're Looking For:

1+ years of hands-on repair experience (engine, diagnostics, hydraulics, etc.) CAT, Komatsu, or John Deere background preferred Strong technical skills with tools, equipment, and manuals Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and customer-first attitude High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates degree a plus) Service Technician certification preferred Why Join?
