Repair Technician (Indianapolis) AA Anderson & CO INC Indianapolis, IN Job Details Full-time 8 hours ago Qualifications Engineering equipment malfunctions diagnostics Driver's License Full Job Description As a Repair Technician at Anderson Process, you'll play a critical role in restoring and maintaining fluid handling equipment. You'll be responsible for disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, reassembling, and testing pumps and systems sent in for repair. This hands-on role also includes troubleshooting mechanical and system issues, performing on-site service, and ensuring all repairs meet our high standards of quality and performance. Growth, Expertise, Embrace Change, Teamwork, and Community. Key Responsibilities Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble pumps and related equipment. Diagnose failures, identify necessary repairs, source parts, and document work in the electronic repair log. Perform on-site repairs, installations, and system startups at customer locations. Use digital tools to research parts, review schematics, and access technical manuals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials. Take on additional duties as assigned to support team success. Required Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair experience. Basic understanding of electrical systems. Proven troubleshooting skills. Ability to pass a mechanical aptitude test. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record. Preferred Qualifications Experience servicing equipment at customer sites. Background in pump or hydraulic system repair. Associate degree in a related technical field. Physical Requirements Lift and carry 50-75 lbs. occasionally. Stand or walk for extended periods. Frequently twist, bend, stoop, and reach overhead. Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and forearm movements. Anderson Process is an Equal Opportunity Employer
