Job Description

Drain Service Technician | $20.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
Schedule:

Operate drain snakes, augers, and related tools to clear clogs and restore proper system performance. Utilize camera inspection and line-locating equipment to identify drainage and sewer system problems. Evaluate system conditions and recommend repair, replacement, or preventive maintenance options. Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment remain clean, organized, and in safe working condition. Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and industry best practices while on job sites. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating findings, solutions, and completed work in a clear and professional manner. Accurately document service calls, invoices, and job details using ServiceTitan software. Manage daily work assignments, scheduling updates, and customer communication through ServiceTitan. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of drain cleaning, plumbing, or related field experience Ability to safely operate drain cleaning and sewer service equipment Capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds or more on a regular basis Working knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems Comfortable working in crawl spaces, confined areas, and other challenging environments when required Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach Ability to work outdoors and perform duties in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license and insurable driving record We do not accept application via email, phone or walk-ins.
