Job Description

About VacMan Air Duct Cleaning:
Since 1995 we have been a family-owned-and-operated business. Our passion is to provide the communities of Northern Indiana with Cleaner, Safer and Healthier environments to Live, Work and Breathe. VacMan does this through Air Duct Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning and Installing Fire Safe Dryer Venting Products.
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a service technician to clean air ducts and dryer vents in homes and businesses with excellence and care. Job would include, but not limited to, ability to use hand & small power tools, carrying rigid 10" diameter hoses, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces & ability to use web based software. We will provide on-the-job training alongside one of our lead technicians until you are able to operate equipment safely & complete a job with excellence. (Training is expected to take 5-6 months, varies with previous experience.)
Qualifications:
Personal integrity Superb communication skills - the job requires you to work directly with our customers Takes pride in work HVAC experience (not mandatory, we are willing to train the right individual) Ability to work with limited to no supervision (after training is complete) Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds Mechanically inclined and good at problem solving Good driving history & valid driver's license
