• 5:00 PM Industry manufacturing & production (Production Occupations) Reference number S_175219 As a Service Technician for Tredway Pools Plus in Warsaw, you serve as the "face of the company" while performing technical maintenance and repairs for residential and commercial clients within a 35-mile radius.
• Core Responsibilities

Equipment Repair & Installation:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and replace essential pool and spa components, including pumps, heaters, filters, chlorinators, and robotic cleaners.

• Seasonal Care:

  Execute routine maintenance, including professional pool/spa "openings" in the spring and winterizations in the fall.

• Water Chemistry Management:

  Test pH levels and resolve complex filtration or chemical balance issues to ensure water safety.

• Client Interaction:

  Meet with customers daily to provide technical updates, offer repair solutions, and maintain a professional demeanor.

Field Logistics:

Safely operate a company vehicle between job sites and maintain accurate documentation of parts used and services rendered.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues related to pumps, filters, heaters, and filtration systems. ...

• Handle the installation and assembly of pool equipment and accessories.
• Manage a daily route schedule efficiently, ensuring timely arrival at client locations.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate effectively with clients regarding their equipment status.

  Prior experience in plumbing, electrical work, or general HVAC/mechanical maintenance.

• Industry Knowledge:

High School Experience:

1-4 years
