Job Description

About Jyga Technologies Jyga Technologies designs and manufactures smart feeding solutions for the agricultural industry. We are a growing company with international reach, committed to innovation, product reliability, and customer satisfaction. Your impact and day-to-day As an RMA / Repair Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and reliability of our equipment by diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing returned electronic components and systems. You will work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure equipment is properly evaluated, repaired, and returned to service efficiently.
  • Diagnose and repair electronic components and systems
  • Manage returned equipment through the RMA process
  • Perform testing and validation of repaired units
  • Document repairs, findings, and technical details
  • Support refurbishment of reusable equipment
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to product improvement
  • Occasional travel (up to 25%) may be required to support clients. What We're Looking For
  • Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, or technical maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to diagnose hardware and basic electrical issues
  • Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with documentation and tracking systems
  • Background in electronics, electromechanics, or related field (asset) Compensation & Benefits
