Job Description
ServiceTitan Pro Midwest Mechanical is seeking an experienced administrative professional who already knows ServiceTitan . This is not an entry-level position, and we are not looking to train someone on the software. Responsibilities include creating and managing purchase orders, scheduling, customer communication, warranties, equipment registration, job auditing, technician support, and maintaining accurate records within ServiceTitan. Requirements Previous hands-on experience using ServiceTitan (required) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail Professional communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced HVAC, plumbing, and electrical office If you are not already proficient with ServiceTitan, please do NOT apply as this position is not the right fit.
