Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of watercraft including engines, electrical systems, and hulls. Inspect boats and marina equipment to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades. Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving mechanical problems. Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed. Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations. Operate marina equipment such as lifts, trailers, and fueling stations safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to support marina operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in marine mechanics preferred. Proven experience in boat maintenance and repair or related mechanical work. Strong knowledge of marine engines, electrical systems, and general boat mechanics. Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and perform effective repairs. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
