TechRestore has been serving schools, businesses, and consumers since 2004. We specialize in fast, reliable repairs for Apple, Lenovo, Samsung, PC, and Chromebook devices. Our Certified Technicians have repaired and refurbished over a million products—and we're just getting started. We work hard to solve problems quickly and make the customer experience smooth from start to finish. We're looking to add a detail-driven Mobile Device Repair Specialist to our team. This role focuses heavily on phone and iPad repairs, including disassembly, digitizer and LCD replacement, charging ports along with laptop LCD panel replacements and other device repairs. We're looking for a detail-driven technician with strong technical aptitude and steady hands. Speed matters, but accuracy wins. We value accountability, clear communication, and a genuine desire to help.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Individual Results Deliver customer experiences that exceed expectations Follow TechRestore's proven service programs and repair processes Provide fast, professional, and friendly customer interactions Troubleshoot and repair Apple iPhones, iPads, laptops, desktops, and Chromebooks from all major brands (Apple, Lenovo, Dell, HP, Acer, etc.) Answer phones and assist customers confidently and efficiently Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention procedures Support accessory sales and product education at the front counter Complete customer checkouts as needed Maintain required certifications Contribute to team goals and metrics Promote a positive team culture—work hard and enjoy the process

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred Experience preferred (but not required—attitude matters most) Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks under pressure Reliable, self-directed, and motivated to grow Able to work well with a team and uphold TechRestore's standards Comfortable with industry certifications (A+, Apple Certified Mac Technician, etc.) or able to earn them quickly
