• We are looking for experienced technicians to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration systems/HVAC & hot side commercial foodservice equipment across all branches: St.

Louis, Kansas City, Nashville, Louisville Service Technician Cooking / Refrigeration / HVAC Up to $45 per hour-experience driven (not capped) Take-home service vehicle + fuel card $500 tool allowance + ongoing training Uniforms provided Dispatch from home to job sites Free employee Health Insurance Healthy Work-Life Balance, excellent culture Equipment You'll Work On Commercial ovens Fryers Griddles Refrigeration systems Ice machines Warewashing equipment HVAC equipment + More What You'll Do Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment Identify service problems, collect data, and determine appropriate repairs Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment issues and service recommendations Complete service documentation using electronic dispatch software Coordinate with the Parts and Service Departments to ensure parts availability and follow-up service Maintain truck stock inventory Communicate with equipment manufacturers for diagnostic support and parts identification Follow all safety procedures and accident prevention practices Participate in on-call rotation Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle Maintain productivity standards Qualifications 2+ years experience in commercial food equipment repair or a related field Experience with gas, electric, plumbing, or steam equipment preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability Ability to work independently Valid driver's license with insurable record Ability to pass drug screen Must own standard industry hand tools Education & Certifications High school diploma or equivalent EPA certification required CFESA certification preferred Physical Requirements Lift and carry 50-75 lbs Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching Ability to work on rooftops and ladders Safe use of hand tools and diagnostic equipment Work Environment Daily travel to customer locations Work in commercial kitchens and mechanical spaces, potential rooftops Exposure to high temperatures, grease, and mechanical equipment
