CMC Corporate Solutions is seeking a skilled Boiler Service Technician with strong experience servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining commercial and industrial boiler systems. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial boiler systems Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot burner assemblies, pumps, valves, controls, compressors, and safety systems Familiarity with common commercial equipment brands: Fulton, RayPak, Aerco Perform combustion analysis and system performance checks Interpret mechanical drawings and equipment manuals Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards Maintain service documentation and maintenance reports Maintain tools such as combustion analyzers Communicate with clients regarding system performance and repairs Qualifications 5-7 years experience servicing commercial boiler systems Strong knowledge of steam and hydronic heating systems Mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting ability Experience with combustion systems and burner assemblies Strong diagnostic skills Valid driver's license Ideal Qualifications (Not Required) Familiarity with steam boilers All-service tech, familiarity with both boiler and chiller systems Compensation & Benefits $43 - $55 per hour 9/80 schedule ( every other Friday off) Company vehicle Full benefits package 401(k) Life Insurance PTO Work for a company known for excellent culture and long-term careers Stable company with virtually no turnover CMC Corporate Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
