Summary We are seeking an Optical Technician to join our team at Vue Eyecare. In this role, you will assist with patient care and support various office functions in a medically oriented environment. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in the field of optometry.

Responsibilities:

. Assist patients in lens and frame selection

• Prescription verification and dispensing
• Frame adjustments, minor repairs, and troubleshooting
• Insurance verification and billing
• Patient check in and check out
• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience as an Optician or in the Optical industry is preferred
• Strong sales ability and an eye for fashion
• High level of initiative and works well in a team environment
• Detail oriented
• Able to handle unexpected issues with patients Requirements Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn; no prior experience required.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff. Basic understanding of optical terminology is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
