  • The Power Sports Service Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of power sports vehicles, including Zero Turn lawnmowers, ATVs, and UTVs.
This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with power sports equipment, a passion for the industry, and a dedication to exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Diagnostics & Repair:
  • Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on power sports vehicles, ensuring safety and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Complete routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tune-ups, brake adjustments, and engine servicing.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and repair techniques for power sports vehicles.
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively to identify and resolve issues.
  • Follow manufacturer guidelines and service bulletins for accurate repairs and maintenance.
  • Customer Service:
  • Communicate clearly with customers to explain vehicle issues, repair options, and service recommendations.
  • Provide honest and professional estimates for repairs, ensuring transparency with clients.
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds customer expectations for quality and reliability.
  • Shop Efficiency:
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and minimal downtime.
  • Manage tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
