Job Description

Service Depot Technician Join a Mission-Driven Medical Device Organization Are you a hands-on technical professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with innovative medical technology, and making a direct impact on customers' lives? We are seeking a Service Depot Technician to play a critical role in supporting the lifecycle of our products through manufacturing, repair, inventory management, and service operations. In this highly visible position, you'll serve as a key member of the Global Service team, ensuring service parts and products are repaired, tested, and available to support customers and field service engineers. This role offers a unique blend of technical troubleshooting, quality systems, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration within a growing medical device environment. What You'll Be Doing Manage and support the service spare parts program for innovative medical device products Perform product repairs, manufacturing, testing, and troubleshooting activities Investigate returned products, identify root causes, document findings, and determine appropriate disposition actions Maintain inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and testing equipment to support service operations Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes Collaborate with Service Engineers, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure exceptional customer support Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with
ISO 13485
quality standards Serve as an important onsite representative supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology 5+ years of experience in the medical device industry Experience working with service, repair, manufacturing, or depot operations Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills Experience with MRP, QMS, CRM, or ticketing systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Agile experience is a plus) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Durable medical equipment experience is highly desirable If you're looking for a position that combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and meaningful work in the medical device industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
