.Experienced Door Installer Subcontractor (1099) - Plenty of Work Available Mohsin Construction and Installations LLC is seeking an experienced door installer subcontractor team to perform Home Depot installation projects throughout Frederick County and Montgomery County, Maryland. If you're tired of chasing leads, giving estimates, and wondering where the next job is coming from, this opportunity may be a good fit. We have a consistent flow of Home Depot projects and are looking for a dependable installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service. What We Offer Consistent Home Depot installation work No sales or estimating required Jobs are measured and sold before they reach you Flexible schedule Opportunity for long-term partnership Growing volume of work throughout Frederick and Montgomery Counties Types of Projects Entry Door Installations Entry Doors with Sidelights Double Entry Door Systems Storm Door Installations Sliding Patio Door Installations French Door Installations Exterior Trim and Finishing Work Requirements Must have prior residential door installation experience Must have a helper/second installer available Must own a truck capable of safely transporting doors and materials Must own all necessary installation tools Must be able to install large entry door systems with sidelights Must be able to pass a background check Must speak and understand English Must have reliable transportation and communication EPA Lead-Safe Certification required (assistance may be available for the right candidate) Preferred Qualifications Own a metal brake for aluminum trim work Previous Home Depot installation experience Experience with , Therma-Tru, Masonite, and Feather River products Ideal Candidate We're looking for a professional installer who shows up on time, communicates well with homeowners, maintains a clean jobsite, and can complete installations with minimal supervision. This position is ideal for an established installer or small crew looking to add consistent, year-round work without the burden of marketing, sales, or lead generation.
