We are currently looking for a skilled, safety-conscious Handyman / Remodeling Technician to join our growing team. If you have an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for fixing problems the right way, we want to hear from you! The Role We need a Handyman / Remodeling Technician role. We need a versatile hands-on person who can move between interior remodeling and exterior repair work as the schedule demands Key Responsibilities
  • Drywall repair and installation
  • Painting (interior/exterior)
  • Framing and general carpentry
  • Windows and doors installation
  • Roof and siding repair Qualifications & Skills
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience across remodeling and/or exterior trades
  • Comfortable working at heights (ladders, roof access) and lifting materials
  • Valid driver's license in good standing (company vehicle provided)
  • Own hand tools preferred; larger/specialty tools provided by ROI
  • Ability to read basic plans/drawings a plus
  • OSHA 10 a plus, not required
  • Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend availability when job timelines require it
  • Location:
  • Based out of Millersville, MD (8378 Veterans Highway) — travel to job sites across the DMV service area
  • Vehicle:
  • Company vehicle provided for work use Spanish and English speakers preferred.
Compensation:
$27
