Conduct software troubleshooting on operating systems like Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows to resolve performance issues. Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble mobile devices accurately. Provide technical support to customers both in-store and in-field, explaining repair processes clearly. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic procedures for quality assurance. Requirements Proven experience working with computer hardware, mobile devices, or electronics repair. Strong analysis skills to identify root causes of device malfunctions quickly. Proficiency with operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. Skilled in soldering techniques and using hand tools for delicate electronic repairs. Knowledge of schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex issues. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to work independently in a retail or field service environment while maintaining attention to detail.
