As a Watch Repair Coordinator, you play a critical role in ensuring that every timepiece entrusted to us is handled with precision, care, and attention from intake through completion. This position serves as the central point of coordination for all watch repair services, working closely with clients, store teams, internal watchmakers, and external service partners to ensure a seamless and high-quality service experience. What You'll Do Manage watch repairs from intake through completion, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely follow-through Evaluate incoming timepieces and determine appropriate service pathways in alignment with company standards Coordinate repairs with internal watchmakers and external vendors, including preparing documentation, instructions, and shipping materials Track repair progress and proactively follow up to meet service timelines and client expectations Receive and inspect completed repairs to ensure quality and readiness for delivery Client Experience & Communication Serve as a key point of contact for repair updates, timelines, and service details Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams across multiple channels Support clients in understanding service options and making informed decisions about their timepieces Operations & Service Support Maintain accurate and complete repair records using company systems Organize service documentation, including repair histories and vendor information Assist with inventory of service-related materials such as batteries, straps, and parts Perform minor watch services within scope of training, such as battery replacements and adjustments Support service intake and in-store service needs as required Team Collaboration Partner with sales, service, and operations teams to deliver a consistent and seamless client experience Support workflow continuity by assisting with service coverage and time-sensitive requests Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional service environment This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated by delivering high-quality service. Experience in watch repair services, service intake, or related service roles that supports accurate and efficient repair management. Working knowledge of watch and jewelry terminology to support effective communication and quality control. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage repair documentation and service timelines. Effective communication and time management skills to balance operational coordination and client support. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based service environment.
