Job Description:

Welcome! The Service Technician III applies general knowledge to assist with moderately complex projects and assignments within the Technician Services family. Works under general supervision. Stage tools and PPE for daily jobs. Check equipment readiness. Update inventory logs after issues and returns. Assist with basic measurements and documentation. Upload photos and service notes to job records. Maintain clean and organized storage areas. Prepare mailers for calibration services. Support audits by pulling records and evidence. Coach S2/S1 on staging accuracy. Escalate shortages or damaged equipment.
