Service Technician/Installer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Technician/Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of garage doors across construction sites and client locations. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Install garage doors both residential and commercial settings Operate power tools and hand tools, to perform installations and repairs Conduct door hanging, trim carpentry, and frame carpentry tasks on construction sites Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for large or bulky materials while adhering to safety protocols Ensure accurate installation procedures Electrical work, and mechanical tasks as needed for safe setup Assist with projects by applying carpentry skills such as electrical wiring, or fixture mounting Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials throughout each project site Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met Requirements Proven experience in garage door installation, door openers and door hanging, or related construction trades (5-10 yrs. Experience preferred) Proficiency with hand tools, power tools Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various environments Mechanical knowledge related to fixtures, electrical systems, locksmithing Skilled in trim carpentry, carpentry framing techniques Hands-on experience with installation in commercial or residential settings Knowledge of electrical wiring or electrical experience is a plus but not mandatory Valid driver's license with experience towing trailers and a clean driving record for travel between job sites Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to deliver top-quality service! From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 - 40.0 per week
