Roof Repair Technician

Elieff Brothers Roofing is looking for a dependable Repair Technician to join our team. This position will work directly alongside our Lead Repair Technician and assist with multiple repair jobs each day, primarily roofing and exterior repairs.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Lead Repair Technician with daily repair jobs Travel to multiple job sites per day Perform roofing repairs, exterior repairs, and related work Set up and clean up job sites Follow all safety procedures and company standards Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed

Requirements:

Must be comfortable working on roofs and ladders Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions Must take safety seriously at all times Must be reliable and show up on time Roofing or exterior experience preferred Must work well with others and take direction well Valid driver's license preferred

What This Job Is:

This is a hands-on, physical position. You will be working outside, on roofs, and in attics. You will be riding with our Lead Repair Technician and completing several repairs per day. This is not a "stand around" job — we need someone who is dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, with potential for Saturdays if workload requires and occasional emergency/on-call opportunities If you are reliable, take pride in your work, and want to learn the repair side of the roofing industry, we want to hear from you.
