This role focuses on roof repairs, leak detection, maintenance, inspections, and customer service for residential and commercial roofing systems. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in the field. Responsibilities Perform roof inspections, repairs, and maintenance Diagnose roof leaks and identify problem areas Complete service calls efficiently and professionally Work with shingles, flat roofs, metal roofing, TPO, EPDM, and other systems Document repairs with photos and written reports Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and solutions Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards Maintain service vehicle Assist crews with additional roofing tasks when needed Qualifications Previous roofing or construction experience preferred Ability to safely work at heights and climb ladders Knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather Supply own tools.
