Technician

Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, or systems to identify potential issues before they escalate. Troubleshoot technical problems using diagnostic tools and procedures, then implement effective solutions promptly. Repair or replace faulty components, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and technical specifications. Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance in detailed logs for future reference. Collaborate with team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize operational disruptions. Assist with installation of new equipment or upgrades, following established protocols and safety guidelines. Support emergency repairs or urgent troubleshooting efforts as needed to maintain continuous operations. Qualifications Proven experience in technical maintenance, repair, or related fields; prior experience as a Technician is preferred. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems relevant to the role. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report findings clearly. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications or licenses related to technical maintenance are a plus but not mandatory. $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
