Job Description

What We Do We are a versatile, high-quality home improvement and maintenance company. While our primary focus is on professional flooring installations and repairs, we provide a variety of exterior and interior handyman services to keep our clients' properties in top shape. A typical work week with us includes a mix of the following services: 1. Flooring & Handyman Services (Primary Focus) The bulk of our workload involves residential and light commercial flooring projects and general handyman repairs.
Installation & Repair:
Working with luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, tile, and hardwood.
Prep Work:
Subfloor leveling, tearing out old carpeting/flooring, and baseboard installation.
General Handyman Tasks:
Minor drywall patches, trim work, door adjustments, and various indoor fixtures. 2. Fencing Installation & Repair We build and restore residential boundaries to ensure security and curb appeal. Installing new wood, vinyl, or chain-link fencing. Replacing broken posts, pickets, and sagging gates. Staining and sealing existing fences. 3. Professional Power Washing We restore exterior surfaces using commercial-grade pressure and soft-washing techniques. Cleaning driveways, sidewalks, patios, and decks. Washing house siding, fences, and brickwork to remove mold, algae, and grime. 4. Light Landscaping To offer full-service convenience to our clients, we handle basic outdoor property cleanups and enhancements. Mulching, weeding, and edge-defining for garden beds. Minor planting, bush trimming, and yard cleanups (typically paired with power washing or fencing jobs).
