Service Technician

Job Summary Lemoine's Automotive & Motorsports is looking for a motivated and skilled Certified Service Technician to join our team. We are a fast-paced shop specializing in automotive, motorsports, and powersports repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and performance work. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with others, and has a passion for vehicles and machines of all kinds. This position is ideal for an experienced technician who enjoys variety - from daily driver repairs to ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, snowmobiles, dirt bikes, and performance builds. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on automotive and powersports vehicles. Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical, electrical, and performance-related issues. Complete brake, suspension, steering, engine, drivetrain, and electrical repairs. Conduct preventative maintenance services and manufacturer-recommended repairs. Use diagnostic tools, scan equipment, and service software effectively. Maintain accurate repair orders and communicate findings clearly. Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.. Keep work area clean, organized, and professional. Assist with performance upgrades and custom installations when needed. Qualifications ASE Certification preferred (or equivalent experience/certifications). Experience working on automotive and/or powersports equipment. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of modern and old vehicle systems and repair procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 60+ lbs. and work in a shop environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
