Diagnose issues and provide fast, effective solutions that minimize downtime. Perform preventative maintenance to extend the life of our customers' doors. Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals. Maintain tools and equipment, complete accurate paperwork, and manage work orders. Collaborate with your fellow technicians and team members to get jobs done right the first time. Deliver exceptional customer service, we're known for being friendly, professional, and reliable. Keep safety first by following all DOT, OSHA, and company standards. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED 3-5 years of commercial door install and repair experience (required) At least 1 year of mechanical knowledge Valid Minnesota driver's license and safe driving record (DOT health card required) Must pass drug test and background check Ability to lift/carry 65 lbs over 50 feet and work at heights of 10-30 ft using lifts Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude About Us At Ole and Lena's Garage Door Service, LLC, we're not just about fixing doors — we're about opening opportunities.
