Job Description

Join our team and help shape the sound of our worship experiences! We are seeking a skilled, part-time Audio Technician to manage live sound, coordinate volunteers, and maintain our audio systems. If you have a passion for high-quality audio production and a heart for collaborative ministry, we want to hear from you.
Position Details Hours:
Part-time (Up to 8 hours per week).
Schedule:
Sunday mornings and midweek evening rehearsals (usually Thursdays).
What You Will Do Live Sound:
Set up, test, mix, and troubleshoot audio equipment for live and streamed services.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and schedule a dedicated team of audio booth volunteers.
Gear Management:
Maintain equipment inventory, update procedure guides, and recommend upgrades.
Collaboration:
Partner with the Worship Director, pastors, and musicians to deliver seamless tech execution.
Qualifications Experience:
2-5 years of live audio/visual experience (AV degree is a plus but not required).
Skills:
Expert operation of mixing boards, specialized software, and standard audio gear.
Physical:
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and maneuver large equipment.
