Job Description
Hands-on maintenance or Service tech tired of the same four walls? This role puts you on the road, solving real problems for farmers across the region; no two days are the same. We're looking for a Service Technician based in the St. Charles, MN or Mondovi, WI area with a background in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, or general maintenance. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair milking systems, vacuum pumps, and bulk tank refrigeration units at dairy farms Diagnose electrical issues: motors, contactors, relays, wiring Service compressors and condensing units; check refrigerant levels Perform annual kit maintenance and preventive upkeep for clients Respond to incoming service calls Good Backgrounds to Have HVAC / refrigeration Electrical wiring or troubleshooting Welding or fabrication Field service repair — hot tub, pool, equipment, or similar Willing to train the right person. Smart, motivated, and not afraid to get dirty — we'll teach you the rest. Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM On-call rotation after training (~1 night/week, every 6-7 weekends) Physical Frequent lifting 30-40 lbs; occasional up to 100 lbs Hand dollies, team lifts available; PPE provided Pay & Benefits $25-$28/hr Health, dental, vision Short-term disability 401(k) with 3% match after 1 year Affordable cell phone plan Company vehicle once hired on
