Crosstown Appliance Repair - Richmond, MN Job Overview Crosstown Appliance Repair is a family-owned appliance repair company serving Central Minnesota. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Appliance Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential appliances while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential appliances, including: Refrigerators Freezers Washers Dryers Dishwashers Ranges and ovens Microwaves Communicate repair recommendations and costs to customers. Complete service calls efficiently and professionally. Document repairs, parts used, and customer interactions using mobile software. Maintain company vehicle inventory and tools. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Participate in ongoing training and manufacturer certification programs. Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required. Previous appliance repair experience preferred but not required. HVAC, electrical, maintenance, automotive, or construction experience is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage daily routes. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various residential environments.
