We operate Total Wireless storefronts with full-service repair benches right in the back. We don't just fix phones; we provide complete connectivity solutions. We are looking for a technician who is as sharp with a screwdriver as they are with a sales pitch.

The Role:

More Than Just a Tech We need a Cell Phone & Computer Technician who understands that a broken screen is the perfect opening for a conversation.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Precision Repairs:

Diagnosing and fixing hardware/software issues on smartphones (iPhone/Android), tablets, and computers. The "Total"

Pitch:

Actively pitching Total Wireless service to every repair client. If they're paying too much for their current plan, you're the hero who shows them how to save money by switching.

Customer Synergy:

Helping new Total Wireless customers get discounted repairs when they switch service to us.

Bench Management:

Keeping your workspace organized, managing parts inventory, and ensuring "quality-first" repairs with quick turnaround times.

What We're Looking For Technical Proficiency:

Extensive experience in cell phone repair (screen replacements, battery swaps, charging ports, etc.). Computer repair experience is a major plus. The "Hustle"

Factor:

You aren't afraid to talk to people. You understand that "going the extra mile" means looking for ways to add value to the customer's wallet and our bottom line.
