Job Description

Repair Coordinator The Repair Coordinator is a key service collaborator, administrator and problem-solver between our K-12 customer and productive Repair and Tech Department. The Repair Coordinator provides key service, hands on processes and communication to make our repair services exceptional. Responsibilities Unpack, sort, and process intake of a high volume of devices from customers into internal systems. Cross check ERP for device history and prepare Repair ticket Verify warranty status if ASP partner certified Identify device model type Translate customer notation on devices to new repair tickets Occasional physical audit of device Organize workload by FIFO Maintain expected intake levels per day Assist check out process as needed/act as backup as needed Special or general departmental projects as directed Qualifications Able to perform work with a high degree of accuracy, and with attention to detail. Able to prioritize and work within set timelines. Has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Accurate data entry skills paired with analytical skills. Repair experience preferred but not required Chromebook/laptop device knowledge preferred High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1•3 years of experience in computer hardware or technical industry (preferred) Netsuite experience preferred.
