Service Technician Preferred Roofing

• Willmar, MN We're a local family-owned company looking to add dependable people to our team.

We stay busy year-round and are hiring for a service technician. You will work alongside a teammate, helping homeowners with attic and exterior home projects.

What You'll Do:

• Install blown-in attic insulation
• Perform attic air-sealing (sealing vents, wiring penetrations, attic hatches)
• Install seamless gutters and gutter protection covers
• Ice dam removal in winter
• Take attic photos and explain completed work to homeowners
• Keep truck and tools organized
• Most days are 1-3 stops per day at different homes.
• Other repair type tasks as/if needed

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay is based on experience with potential bonus incentives
• Full-time, 32-40 hrs./week
• Year-round hours, including winter work
• Opportunity to advance within the company with raises

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Shows up every day on time
• Is respectful inside customers' homes
• Works well with a partner and as a team
• Communicates clearly with homeowners
• Is comfortable on ladders and in attics
• Wants a stable long-term job
• Experience in construction, HVAC, maintenance, farming, delivery, or mechanical work is helpful, but willing to train the right person.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Clean record
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in attics (heat, dust, tight spaces)
• Climb ladders safely
• Use basic hand tools
