Arcatex Technologies Field Technician - Job Description Arcatex Technologies is currently seeking a motivated, dependable, and technically skilled Field Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for the installation, service, troubleshooting, programming, testing, and maintenance of low-voltage technology systems across commercial, healthcare, educational, hospitality, senior living, and residential environments. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with structured cabling, IP-based technologies, access control, video surveillance, audio/video integration, and network infrastructure. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in the field while representing Arcatex Technologies in a professional manner. Position Responsibilities The Field Technician position includes installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, programming, commissioning, and customer support for a wide range of low-voltage systems, including but not limited to: Structured Cabling & Infrastructure CAT5e / CAT6 cabling systems Fiber optic cabling infrastructure Rack buildouts and cable management
