Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Vacuum Repair Technician to join our team. This dual-role position involves repairing and maintaining vacuums, while also assisting customers in purchasing new vacuums, parts, and supplies. Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair various vacuum models, including upright and canister vacuums. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. Advise customers on the best vacuum products, parts, and supplies based on their needs. Assist customers in selecting replacement parts and accessories, and guide them through the sales process. Maintain an organized and clean repair area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition. Stay up-to-date on the latest vacuum technologies and product trends. Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving concerns. Process customer orders, returns, and warranties.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in vacuum repair or a similar technical field (training can be provided for the right candidate). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively. A passion for sales and helping customers find the right products. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of vacuum models, parts, and accessories is a plus. Mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and repair equipment. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or technical training a plus.
