Required Skills:

Key Measurables:
  • Completes repair work in accordance with dealership and factory standards timely and accurately 100% of the time
Education and Experience:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • Ford Certified Master Technician training a plus
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to be on feet at least 85% of the time
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds at times
