Flat Rate — $23+/flag hour (Entry-Level) $30+/flag hour (Senior-Level) (based on experience) with a weekly 32-hour base pay.Benefits:
Uniforms provided Vacation after 1 year About the role Bolzenius Tire is hiring a Service Technician / Mechanic and we're open to both entry-level (1-3 years) and senior-level (5+ years) candidates. We do a wide range of general automotive repair work — everything except major engine or transmission repairs .This mechanic role:
What you'll work on Brakes Steering & suspension Alignments Oil changes & general maintenance State inspections General diagnostics and repair workNote:
We do not do major engine rebuilds or transmission rebuilds/replacements. Responsibilities (based on skill level) Oil changes and routine maintenance services Brake jobs (pads/rotors/calipers as needed) Suspension/steering checks and repairs (as qualified) Perform alignments (as qualified) Complete state inspections accurately and efficiently (as qualified/assigned) Diagnose issues and recommend repairs (senior-level focus) Document findings and communicate clearly with the team Keep your bay clean, safe, and organized Qualifications — Entry-Level (1-3 years) 1-3 years of shop experience Comfortable performing oil changes and brake work Dependable, on-time, and team-oriented Basic hand tool knowledge Valid driver's license (preferred) Qualifications — Senior-Level (5+ years) 5+ years of hands-on shop experience Strong diagnostic ability (brake/suspension/steering, noise/vibration, maintenance-related issues, etc.) Able to work independently and turn flagged hours consistently Comfortable with alignments and inspections (or willing to learn your process) Strong communication and documentation habits Dependable, on-time, team-oriented Valid driver's license (preferred) Leadership/mentoring ability (a plus) How to applyEmail:
