Job Description

Summary:
Employees in this job are responsible for serving customers by installing and servicing equipment. Essential Functions Serve existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning daily travel schedule, investigating reported issues, conducting tests, and resolving problems. Establishes service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts, completing installation, and performing tests. Maintains rapport with customers by examining reported issues, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, and recommending system improvements. Documents service and installation actions in detail by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Must have knowledge of electronics. Superb Customer Service Skills Analyzing Information Ability to diagnose and solve problems from non-technical descriptions provided by their customers. Ability to travel, occasionally requiring an overnight stay.
