Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Marine Service Technician, where your mechanical expertise and passion for boats will drive exceptional service and repair solutions. In this energetic role, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of marine vessels and equipment. Your hands-on skills will ensure our customers' boats operate safely, efficiently, and reliably, fueling their adventures on the water. Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot marine vessel systems using schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals to identify issues accurately. Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on boats, engines, and related equipment to ensure peak performance. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assemble marine electrical systems with precision. Diagnose and repair general marine systems and components. Utilize online tracking system for completing repair orders. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction with all service work performed. Experience Proven experience as a service technician in marine environments or related mechanical fields is highly preferred. Strong electrical experience with knowledge of wiring systems, schematics, and troubleshooting electrical faults. Ability to diagnose is a plus. Experience in DC/AC rigging and marine electronics installations are a plus but not required. Positive attitude and organization/time management. $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
