Job Description

Job Summary Future Homes is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Punch List & Wrap-Up Technician to assist with final home completion items and homeowner service work. This position is based out of our Ocean Isle Beach Design Center in Brunswick County. Jobs are typically located within approximately one hour of the design center.
Schedule:
Full-time position Monday-Thursday, four 10-hour shifts (40 hours per week) Fridays off Applicants must live in North Carolina in order to apply. Responsibilities Complete punch list repairs and touch-ups Perform general handyman tasks Assist with construction/labor support as needed Help prepare homes for homeowner handoff Address minor warranty and service items Requirements Valid NC Driver's License and reliable transportation Experience in residential construction, handyman work, or home repairs preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Positive attitude and strong work ethic Pay $16-$20 per hour, based on experience
