Roadside Service Technician Dependable Towing & Recovery Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Roadside Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing light roadside assistance to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automobile roadside assistance and customer service, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Duties Perform light roadside assistance such as: tire changes, lockouts, battery jumpstarts, fuel deliveries, etc. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service during service calls. Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and any follow-up actions required. Adhere to safety protocols while working in various environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a roadside technician or in a similar service role. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Must be able to pass a complete background check. A valid driver's license is required for travel to customer sites.
